Computers, Servers, Peripherals, Networking, Cabling, Website

Pricing
Everyone wants to know this important question, so I'll
give you a quick rundown:
Onsite Support:
$75 Hr
If you live outside 20 miles of Mexia, there is an additional
service charge of $50 up to 50 miles. Over 50 Miles, give us a call.
Any onsite support has to be scheduled.
In house (You Bring it to us):
$50 Hr
There is a $50 Non Refundable Diagnostic Charge that is paid
when you bring the machine in. If it can be both diagnosed and
fixed within the hour and there were not any additional parts or
software required, you'll be able to leave with your system without
any additional charges.
If you bring your system in, plan on leaving it with us 2-3
business days for diagnostics and repairs. Keep in mind that
we have other customers machines in for diagnostics and repair that
come in before you. But if you feel that you need it diagnosed
as you bring it in, we will be happy to drop what we have to
diagnose it. There will be a non-refundable charge of $100 fee for
Diagnostics.
If you have to have your computer back "ASAP!" We do
offer Next Day Service, which guarantees your computer to be ready
by the end of the next business day. This fee is $150 plus the
hourly labor charge, parts/software, and any shipping charges that
may be incurred.
Remote Support Online:
$25 per 1/2 Hr
This option is nice for annoying problems a customer may
have, but do not want to take it in for diagnostics. All
