PC Support Site offers a ticketing system for our customers that are experiencing  problems or needing work done that is not urgent.  This service helps us keep up with our customer needs, and helps us take care of their problems in a orderly fashion.  Although this service is mainly designated to our Business Customers that need ongoing support, it is also available to home users that may have technical concerns.

Live Remote Support

PC Support Site offers Live Remote Support for users that have access to broadband and are having technical problems.  This is useful to both PC Support Site and its customers because it allows us to help diagnose the problem without a service call fee or having the customer have to bring the computer to us.  There is a charge for this service.
